91 وَبُرِّزَتِ الْجَحِيمُ لِلْغَاوِينَ
"And to those straying in Evil, the Fire will be placed in full view; |
92 وَقِيلَ لَهُمْ أَيْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْبُدُونَ "And it shall be said to them: 'Where are the (gods) ye worshipped- |
93 مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ هَلْ يَنصُرُونَكُمْ
أَوْ يَنتَصِرُونَ "'Besides Allah? Can they help you or help themselves?' |
94 فَكُبْكِبُوا فِيهَا هُمْ وَالْغَاوُونَ "Then they will be thrown headlong into the (Fire),- they and those straying in Evil, |
95 وَجُنُودُ إِبْلِيسَ
أَجْمَعُونَ "And the whole hosts of Iblis together. |
96 قَالُوا وَهُمْ فِيهَا يَخْتَصِمُونَ "They will say there in their mutual bickerings: |
97 تَاللَّهِ إِن كُنَّا لَفِي
ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ "'By Allah, we were truly in an error manifest, |
98 إِذْ نُسَوِّيكُم بِرَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ "'When we held you as equals with the Lord of the Worlds; |
99 وَمَا أَضَلَّنَا
إِلَّا الْمُجْرِمُونَ "'And our seducers were only those who were steeped in guilt. |
100 فَمَا لَنَا مِن شَافِعِينَ "'Now, then, we have none to intercede (for us), |
