19 كَلَّا لَا تُطِعْهُ وَاسْجُدْ وَاقْتَرِبْ Nay, heed him not: But bow down in adoration, and bring thyself the closer (to Allah)! |
18 سَنَدْعُ الزَّبَانِيَةَ We will call on the angels of punishment (to deal with him)! |
17 فَلْيَدْعُ نَادِيَه
Then, let him call (for help) to his council (of comrades): |
16 نَاصِيَةٍ كَاذِبَةٍ خَاطِئَةٍ A lying, sinful forelock! |
15 كَلَّا لَئِن
لَّمْ يَنتَهِ لَنَسْفَعاً بِالنَّاصِيَةِ Let him beware! If he desist not, We will drag him by the forelock,- |
14 أَلَمْ يَعْلَمْ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ يَرَى Knoweth he not that Allah doth see? |
13 أَرَأَيْتَ إِن كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّى Seest thou if he denies (Truth) and turns away? |
12 أَوْ أَمَرَ
بِالتَّقْوَى Or enjoins Righteousness? |
11 أَرَأَيْتَ إِن كَانَ عَلَى الْهُدَى Seest thou if he is on (the road of) Guidance?- |
10 عَبْداً إِذَا صَلَّى A votary when he (turns) to pray? |
