Poor eye vision

As' Aleikum !
I trust this finds you well !

I have a boy and daughter who are suffering from poor eye sight problem since their child hood age
from 4 months till now they are 17 years and girl she's 13 years. We have visited eye specialist for consultation but the results were told the eyes are almost okay and nothing wrong and we have been advised to meet another doctor in Neurology this doctor came out with results saying there's nothing wrong with Neurology and advise us to go and see the Eye specialist. Now we are confused what to do next is there treatment from Tibb a nabawi Tks
